What do I do if I haven’t received my box?

If your box remains missing after 20 or 40 calendar days (respectively), your tracking information confirms that your box is lost or returned to sender, or it is marked successfully delivered but still has not actually arrived, please email support@sprezzabox.com to initiate replacement procedures. Missing boxes must be reported within 60 days of their shipping date.
