Can I cancel, exchange, or return my order for a refund?

Once orders are placed, they are processed to our warehouse immediately and we are no longer able to access the packages in order to cancel their shipment. You can return or exchange a product within 30 days from the time of purchase. SprezzaBox will accommodate the refund or exchange, provided that it has not been worn, damaged, or washed. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable. However, if you have received a damaged item or an item is missing from your order, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation.
