How do I unsubscribe/cancel my subscription? When should I do so by?

You may access your account through your Billing Portal to cancel your subscription yourself, or you can send a cancelation request to no less than 24 hours prior to your next billing date. If your cancelation request is submitted during the weekends or holidays, your request will be reviewed the next business day. No cancelation fees will be imposed. The same timeline applies to customers whose prepaid subscriptions are scheduled to switch to monthly re-billable plans. If you attempt to or request cancelation after billing takes place, that charge and shipment will stand.
