What is your return/exchange policy for store orders?

You can return or exchange a product within 30 days from the time of purchase. SprezzaBox will accommodate the refund or exchange, provided that it has not been worn, damaged, or washed. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.

However, if you have received a damaged item, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. To make an exchange or return, please email us at support@sprezzabox.com.
