Within 15 calendar days of the initial purchase date, you may request cancelation of your prepaid subscription to receive a refund for all of the boxes not yet processed at our warehouse for shipment. Should you cancel your prepaid subscription at any point after the first 15 days, you will no longer receive automatic monthly box shipments, but you will be unable to receive your remaining refund.
