What is your cancelation policy?

You may cancel your monthly subscription anytime. No cancelation fees will be imposed. Cancelations must be done prior to the next time you are billed, if you choose not to receive your next box. If you are unsure when you will be billed again, please contact us at support@sprezzabox.com.

Our customer support team is here to help from Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST. All cancelation requests must be received 24 hours prior to being billed for the new month during these business hours. If your cancelation request is submitted during the weekends or holidays, your request will be reviewed the next business day. Please note if you have been billed for your box, we are not responsible for providing a refund for the charge.
