Your box is processed as soon as you are billed, so any address changes must be entered before you are billed for that month to ensure your box is successfully delivered to your new address. If you are unsure when your billing date is, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we find out for you!
*Any boxes shipped back to our warehouse will require a $3.95 reshipping fee for domestic shipments or $5.95 for international shipments.
