You can! We have the ability to pause your account for 1, 2 or 3 months at a time. This is true for both the regular monthly re-billable accounts, and the prepaid subscriptions scheduled to renew as a monthly plan. You will not be charged or shipped boxes during this timeframe, and your account will automatically renew once the pause is complete, unless you reach out to resume sooner or cancel completely beforehand. Pauses must be performed manually on our end, so send all requests to email@example.com before your next billing date.
