When is my monthly billing date? Can I request a different date?

Our valid billing dates range from the 1st-10th of every month, and you may request any of these monthly billing dates moving forward by emailing [email protected]. We want you to receive your boxes as soon as possible! For customers whose prepaid subscriptions are switching to monthly re-billable plans, your monthly billing date is scheduled for the 1st of every month moving forward.
