When will I be billed?

You will be billed for your first box at the time of your initial purchase. Monthly subscriptions will be automatically billed every month and will continue until you cancel. The following month, your billing date will be moved to the nearest billing cycle. If you sign up after the 10th of the month, your billing date will be automatically moved to the 10th. We want you to receive your box as soon as possible! If you are unsure as to what your billing date is, please send us an email at

If payment isn’t successfully received on our first try, we’ll send you a notification so you can resolve any issues. We'll make several more attempts to bill you until we finalize our billing cycle.
