    The end of the month is a week away and my box has not yet shipped, when will I get notification that it is sending since I have already been billed for this month?

    It would be nice to have a page or link to see what each months box is before it's shipped so we can have the option to pause or skip that month similar to what they do on bespokepost

    I ordered my 1st box, but I wanted to get it before I decided if I was going to keep the subscription. I paid on 4/29, but my account says it is going to be billed again on 5/10. I doubt that is enough time to get my 1st box. Do I have to wait to cancel or can I do it now, still receive my box, then decide if I want to start it back up?

    Money came out of my account but I never received a notification that anything has shipped. Why are you taking money out before shipping anything?
