My box is taking longer than expected to arrive. What should I do?

Check your shipping confirmation email and make sure your shipping address is correct. If all is right, check your tracking information. For further assistance, please contact us at support@sprezzabox.com. To claim a lost package, please allow 20 calendar days for domestic shipments, or 40 calendar days for international shipments.
