There is an error in my shipping address and my box has already been shipped. What should I do?

Once you are billed, your box is immediately processed under the address we have on file. Once a package has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to it or intercept the shipment. Please contact us immediately at

If your tracking information confirms that the box is shipped back to us, a reshipping fee ($3.95 for domestic shipments, $5.95 for international shipments) will be charged and your box will be reshipped to the correct address.
