There is an error in my shipping address and my box has already been shipped. What should I do?

Once you are billed, your box is immediately processed under the address we have on file. Once a package has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to it or intercept the shipment. Please contact us immediately at support@sprezzabox.com.

If your tracking information confirms that the box is shipped back to us, a reshipping fee ($3.95 for domestic shipments, $5.95 for international shipments) will be charged and your box will be reshipped to the correct address.
