If you are purchasing multiple subscriptions as gifts, we recommend the following steps to make it easier for our customer support agents to access the accounts when you are reaching out to us:
Sign up for all of the subscriptions under the same email address, but with different names (of the recipients) on each subscription
When sending a request to our support team, make sure to provide the full name, shipping address and email address associated with the account or accounts in question. In doing so, we can look into your account and provide you with the requested assistance.
Once holiday gift-giving has passed, you or the recipient can always reach out to us at support to assist in editing any information on file (email address, shipping address, payment information).
