If you are purchasing multiple subscriptions as gifts for more than one person, we recommend the following steps, making it easier for our customer support agents to access these accounts for you when you are reaching out to us:
Sign up for all of the subscriptions under the same email address, but with different names (for each gift recipient) on each subscription
When sending a request to our support team, make sure to provide the full name, shipping address and email address associated with the account or accounts in question. In doing so, we can look into your account and provide you with the requested assistance.
Once holiday gift-giving has passed, you or the recipient can always reach out to us at support to assist in editing any information on file (email address, shipping address, or payment information). Also, kindly note that whether you select your subscription plan(s) from the "Get Started" or "Gift" tabs, the monthly re-billable or prepaid option you choose works the same way from either page. There additionally is no guarantee that each account's issued box(es) will be different from one another, but you may request to have these accounts divided into one of two different styling groups for each box edition.
