Due to the nature of our billing and shipping process, we cannot make any exceptions or allow for any special alterations regarding the timing or delivery of monthly subscription boxes. Once your purchase is made, that month's designated shipment is immediately kitted and labelled for processing and eventual shipping, in order to provide you with your paid for products as soon as possible.
If you are subscribing throughout the duration of November, your next scheduled billing date will be automatically moved up to the 10th of December and onward, in order to begin the process of shipping the next monthly shipment for you sooner! If you are still concerned about your gift recipient receiving their box earlier than you would like, we recommend inputting your own name and shipping address when you create your account so that you will receive it first. You may update your account information at any time before your next scheduled billing date, through your Billing Portal access link or submitting such a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
